So too as a Property Manager or Business Development Manager practicing your Listing Presentation in safe situations is essential to mastering this major business skill set. Under no circumstances should you ever practice on a potential client!

Generally most PM’s or BDM’s already know what they can be doing to improve their performance. However it’s not until they practice in role play that they are forced to face their misgivings head on.

Rehearsing your listing presentations with your team (this includes your sales team too if you have one) will provide the opportunity for direct and open feedback and an awareness of the ‘go to’ and um’ words you get stuck on.

As they say ‘practice makes perfect’ and role play will give you the opportunity to fine-tune your skills ready to impress the next client to walk in the door!
