So why it is important to get the beginning of a tenancy right and what is our purpose?

1. LEGAL DOCUMENTS: The beginning of the tenancy is when your Agency, Owner and the Tenant all enter into a legally binding agreement. Therefore its crucial that the paperwork is in order

2. EXPECTATIONS: Start with the end in mind. It’s your chance to set the expectations so that the ‘during tenancy’ phase runs smoothly and without conflict

3. TRUST: Owners will be looking to you for guidance and expertise in this step and are placing their trust in you to get the legalities sorted out on their behalf

4. ATTENTION TO DETAIL: Filling in legal forms and completing reports with as much detail as possible will secure a great foundation should any altercations arise in the future. The more detailed you can be, the better
