Console Training Online: Edit Or Delete Residential Invoice

Did you know that Residential Invoices can be edited? Wether they’ve had nothing paid against them, a part payment or even if the invoice has been paid in full. It is still possible to edit the invoice. However once monies have been paid against an invoice the amount cannot be changed to a value LESS that what has already been receipted.

 How To Edit An Invoice

1. Go to the Invoice View
2. Highlight the invoice, right click and select open
3. Highlight the transaction line, select open
4. Edit the invoice value
5. Click OK
6. Now reprint or re-email the invoice

How To Delete An Invoice

An invoice can only be deleted from Console Gateway Live as long as no monies have been receipted against it. To delete an invoice;

1. Highlight the invoice
2. Right click and select delete
3. A message will appear – choose yes
